This iconic amaro blends 30 alpine herbs, roots, and bark—such as gentian, juniper, and yarrow—distilled in locals’ custom copper pot stills, then aged in oak casks to develop its signature depth.

Deep amber in color, the nose greets you with warming notes of pine needles, menthol, wild herbs, and faint citrus zest. On the palate, Braulio offers a robust bitterness balanced by sweet spices—cassis, cinnamon, and licorice—plus a subtly oily texture.
